The 2011 Ford Focus was a great car. It was affordable and compact with decent mileage at 35 mpg on the highway and 25 in the city. So can the 2012 model do any better? In truth and in fact, it can and it has. The mileage has been significantly improved for 2012 with a mpg of 38 on the highway and 28 in the city. You will get 40 mpg on the interstate if you choose to buy the SFE optional package. Now these numbers are solid!

Some significant changes have been made for 2012 Ford Focus which has resulted in a vehicle that’s new and improved. A complete rework was done to the suspension and it is now more finely tuned as a result. A cornering assistant system which facilitates sharp turns and twist in the roads was added as well as a new chassis. Serious advances in technology are also boasted by the new model. A My Ford Touch is also available and allows for songs on the DC player to be changed by you. An exhausted list of safety features which includes an adjustable safety belt, rear view camera and traction control. In the event of an accident, stronger pillars are also included which gives added protection. A latch system is also in place and it ensures that children are restrained in their seats safely.
An in-dash CD player comes with the cabin and it has sufficient space for seating five persons. In place is also a tilt and a steering wheel that is telescopic and may be adjusted by the driver. Light tinted windows, a radio theft restraint and a rear defroster are other features that are standard.
